Well, you can knock that last one off your list! Your budget shouldn’t mean having to compromise your health and fitness goals. You can adhere to your health and fitness goals without breaking the bank. Below we have created a list of 5 budget-friendly tips to help keep you on track with your health and fitness goals!

1: Exercise outdoors

Exercising outdoors is a great way to move your body and it is much more cost effective than purchasing equipment or a pricey gym membership! Researchers have discovered that spending just 20 minutes outdoors reduces stress, and it's a great way to soak up some vitamin D! Whatever exercise you decide to do outdoors can burn calories and build your step count all while reducing stress and getting a hit of vitamin D, it's a win win! Plus, some parks and outdoor areas have basic gym equipment you can take advantage of! So, what are you waiting for? Get outside and get moving!

2: Free fitness apps or YouTube videos
There are so many free health and fitness resources on the internet! Try following a workout on YouTube, even Instagram is full of free exercise videos! There are countless workout apps that offer free trials as well! There are various cheap and effective programs at your fingertips that encourage you to keep fit on a budget.

3: Ditch pre packaged food and start prepping

Ditch those pre packaged meals that cost you at least $12 a pop! Meal prepping can be time consuming but well worth the financial gain and convenience. Plus, this way you can tailor the meals to your taste, goals, macros and calories, all while saving $$$!

4: Second hand gym equipment
